Where do I access files after purchase?
Purchased files are available in My account under Downloads. You can re-download them there at any time.
What types of assets are available?
NYCC offers raster assets (photographs and pixel-based images as JPG, PNG or TIFF) and vector assets (scalable illustrations as SVG, EPS, AI or PDF). Each asset page lists the formats and sizes it includes.
Can I ask about a custom or future asset?
Yes. Use the form above and choose "Finding an image". Tell us the subject, place or style you are looking for, and the NYCC team will let you know whether something similar is available or planned.
