Our purpose
Stock media that reflects Inuit and life in Nunavut.
There are very few stock photos, graphics and other creative assets that accurately represent Inuit and life in Nunavut. NYCC exists to help change that by building a licensable collection created with local context and community representation in mind.
Why licensing matters
Revenue generated through licensing helps maintain the platform and supports the development of new photos and creative assets.

Why this library matters
Building better representation in stock media
Large stock libraries contain thousands of results for broad northern searches, but they do not always provide the local context buyers need. NYCC is focused specifically on Nunavut, helping organizations find relevant media while expanding the range of Inuit representation available in licensed stock content.
How licensing supports NYCC
Purchasing an asset supports the ongoing operation of the platform and the development of new photography, graphics and creative media for the catalogue.
